💳 How to pay by check

Payments by check are exclusively available for School Plans. While this is a common method for educational institutions, please keep in mind that processing times are slower than digital methods.

School Plan: Step-by-step instructions

1. Go to the Price Plans page and select a School Plan. Choose the option to generate a proforma invoice.

2. Make the check payable to Visual Education Ltd.

3. Print a copy of your proforma invoice and include it in the envelope with your check. This ensures the payment is applied to the correct account immediately.

4. Post the check to our company address, which can be found on our Contact Page.

Processing times & clearances

• Domestic (UK) Checks: Usually clear within a few business days of receipt.

• International Checks: If your bank is based outside of the UK, the clearing process can take up to 7 weeks, though it typically settles within 2 weeks.

• License Activation: Your school license will be activated only after the check has fully cleared.

For this reason, we recommend that, if possible, you pay by a card or bank transfer.
