School plans are the most efficient way for institutions to manage multiple premium licenses at a discounted rate. This plan also serves as the best option for individual teachers who need to pay via bank transfer or check rather than a credit card.
Steps to Activate a School Plan

Go to the Wordwall school plan page.
Set Users: Select the total number of teachers. (Choose "1" if you are an individual paying via bank transfer).
Choose Tier: Select either Standard or Pro.

Input the required information for your institution or personal records. This information will appear on your official invoice.

You can choose to pay immediately by Card or select Pay by Invoice.
You can download the invoice as a PDF, print it for your finance department, or email it directly to your school administrator.

Process Payment: Submit payment via credit card, bank transfer, or check.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If paying via bank transfer or check, you must include your reference number (e.g., V0XXX-XXX). This ensures our system can track your payment and activate your license without delay.
What Happens Next?
Once your payment is received and processed:
The administrator email will receive the paid invoice and the official license document.
You will receive a unique Invitation Link.
Share this link with your staff. Teachers can click it to instantly upgrade their existing Basic accounts or create new ones under the school umbrella.
