Understanding how billing works helps you stay in control of your account. The main thing to keep in mind is the difference between how Individual plans and School plans are handled.
Individual plans (automatic renewal)
Individual plans are subscription-based. This means they use a continuing authorisation on your credit or debit card.
- Recurring Billing. Your card will be charged automatically on the same date each cycle (monthly or annually) until you choose to cancel.
Monthly. If you subscribe on May 5, you will be billed again on June 5.
Annual. If you subscribe on May 5, 2026, you will be billed again on May 5, 2027.
School plans (manual renewal)
Unlike individual plans, school plans do not automatically renew.
To keep your school's access active, the administrator will need to manually process a new payment or generate a new invoice at the end of the license period.
We will send reminders to the admin email address before the plan expires.
How cancellation works?
You can cancel a subscription at any time.
Once you cancel, your card will not be charged again.
You keep your Standard or Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.
After that period ends, your account will simply revert to the free Basic level.
Example: If you pay for a monthly plan on May 5 and cancel on May 15, you won't be billed in June, but you can still use all your premium features until June 5.
Pro-Tip: Even if you cancel and revert to a Basic account, your created activities are not deleted. They will still be in your "My Activities" folder, though you may be limited in creating new ones if you are over the Basic plan's resource limit.
