💳 How to Cancel Your Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be billed again.

IMPORTANT: Individual plans require manual cancellation to stop auto-renewal, while School plans expire automatically without the need to cancel.

1. Log in to your account. Click on your username at the top right corner. 

2. Open the "Manage Payments" page. Select "Cancel Subscription" located at the bottom.

   
    

3. Click "Yes"

   
    

4. Choose your reason for cancelling.

   

What happens after I cancel?

You will keep your Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Basic (free) Plan.

You’ll lose access to premium features such as editing games (if you have already created more than 3 activities), adjusting game speed, setting timers, shuffling questions, and more. Tools that can significantly enhance your teaching and learning experience.

Note: If there are any future changes to our pricing, the new rate will apply to any renewed or reactivated subscription once you cancel or change your plan.
