🚚 How to continue with my subscription if my school decides not to renew?

If your school decides not to renew its license, or if you are moving to a different institution, you can easily take your account with you. You won't lose your activities; you simply need to transition to your own Standard or Pro subscription.

Step 1: Detach from the School Plan

Before you can subscribe individually, you must remove your account from the school’s collective license.

1. Log in and click on your Profile icon (top-right corner).

2. Select the My School option from the menu.

3. Click the Detach button.

   

4. Click Yes to confirm. Your account will instantly revert to a Basic (Free) status, but all your created activities will remain safely in your folder.

   

Step 2: Upgrade to an Individual Plan

Once detached, you can upgrade to maintain unlimited access and premium features.

1. Click the Upgrade button next to your profile.

2.  Choose Pay Monthly for flexibility or Pay Annually to save money.

3. Select either Standard or Pro.

   

4. Enter your card details on the secure checkout page and click Subscribe.

 

What happens to my activities?

Don't worry! When you detach and upgrade:

• All the activities you created under the school plan stay in your My Activities page.

• Once you upgrade to a new paid plan, you can continue creating and editing without any interruption.

• Your "My Results" data moves with you as well.

⚠️ Pro-Tip: 

If you have more than 5 activities, your account will be "locked" from creating new ones the moment you detach (as you'll temporarily be on the Basic plan). Upgrading immediately after detaching will unlock your account so you can get back to work right away!
