Effective Date: 12th December 2025
What’s changed?
We’ve updated three key documents to improve transparency and control:
- Terms of Service: Clarified how we support your activities and content on our site, your rights and responsibilities, and to improve transparency on platform usage.
- Privacy Policy: Explained what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use AI to enhance content creation and engagement.
- Cookie Notice: Introduced cookie-based tracking and a new cookie consent manager so you decide which cookies to allow.
Why these updates?
These changes ensure we remain compliant with global privacy laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and give you clearer insights into how your data and AI features work on Wordwall.
