Organizing your resources into folders makes it much easier to manage your lessons as your library grows. Follow these simple steps to tidy up your My Activities page.
Steps to Move an Activity
Log in to your account and click the My Activities tab at the top of the screen.
Click the New Folder button to create a new folder.
Find the activity you want to organize. Click the three-dots menu (⋮) located on the right side of the activity title.
From the dropdown options, click Move.
A list of your existing folders will appear. Select the preferred folder where you want the activity to move.
💡Pro Tip:
You can create folders inside other folders for deep organization.
You may also drag & drop the activity directly to the folder.
❓ Common Questions
Will the link change? No. Moving an activity into a folder will not change the sharing link. Your students can still access the game exactly as before.
Can I move bookmarked activities? Bookmarks are saved in their own dedicated area, but any activity you have created or duplicated can be moved into any folder you like.
