✉️ How to Update Your Email Address

Keeping your email address current ensures you receive important account notifications, reset links, and renewal reminders. You can change your registered email in just a few clicks.

Steps to Change Your Email

1. Log in to and click on your username or profile icon in the top-right corner.

2. Select Edit personal details from the dropdown menu.

3. Click on the "Account details" tab.

4. Find the email field and type in your preferred email address.

5. Click the Apply Changes button at the bottom of the page to save your update.

   

   

   
   ⚠️Important Notes

• Once changed, you must use this new email address to log in to your Wordwall account moving forward.

• Check your new inbox! We may send a verification link to confirm the change and ensure your account remains secure.

• If you are part of a School Plan, it is best to use your institutional email address so the administrator can easily identify you on the My School page.
   

  ❓ Troubleshooting

• If you see an error saying the email is already in use, you might have created a second account by mistake in the past. Try logging out and using the "Forgot Password" feature with that second email to regain access to it.

• Didn't receive the email? Check your Spam or Junk folders. If it’s still missing, double-check that there wasn't a typo in the email address you just saved.
