💳 Is payment automatically charged?

Individual teacher licenses (Standard & Pro)

For individual accounts, payment is automatically charged to ensure your service isn't interrupted.

• First Payment: Processed the moment you start your subscription.

• Recurring Billing: You will be charged on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or each year (for annual plans) thereafter.

School licenses

School plans are designed to fit academic budget cycles and do not renew automatically.

• Manual Renewal: You will need to initiate a new payment (via card, bank transfer, or check) to continue the license at the end of the subscription year.

• Since these don't auto-charge, the license will simply expire if a new payment isn't made, giving your school full control over the budget.

Managing your subscription

If you are on an individual plan and want to stop future charges, you can cancel at any time through your Manage Payments section. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
