Whether you need an invoice to pay for a new subscription or a receipt for a past purchase, you can easily access them from your account settings.
IMPORTANT: Individual Plans set to auto-renew will generate a new invoice/receipt every month or year. School Plans are manual and require a new invoice for each renewal.

When do I need an invoice?
For School Plans: Most schools require a formal invoice to process payment via purchase order or bank transfer.
For Individual Bank Transfers: If you prefer not to use a card and wish to pay via bank transfer, you must generate an invoice first.
Generating an Invoice to Pay for a Subscription
- Go to the Wordwall school page.
- Follow the steps specified in How to process a bank transfer?
Getting an Invoice for Past Payments
Log in to your Wordwall account, and click your username in the top right corner.
Select Manage Payments.
Click on Manage subscriptions.

Under Invoice History, select the specific date, then click Download to save it as a PDF.
