🏫 How a School Plan Works

A Wordwall School Plan is designed to make it easy for departments or entire schools to manage multiple premium accounts under a single subscription. It works through a simple Invite and Attach system.

1. Activation for the Administrator

Once the school plan has been purchased, the Administrator (the person who set up the billing) will receive an email containing:

• The official license details.

• A unique Invitation Link.

2. Onboarding the Teachers

The administrator does not need to manually create accounts for every teacher. Instead:

1. The Admin shares the Invitation Link with the staff (via email, school portal, etc.).

2. Teachers click the link and log in to their existing Wordwall account or register for a new one.

3. Their account is then attached to the school license instantly.

3. Premium Access

Once a teacher’s email is attached to the school account, they immediately gain all the benefits of the chosen plan (Standard or Pro):

• Unlimited Activity Creation: No more 5-activity limit.

• Premium Templates: Access to all the advanced game types included in the plan.

• Individual Ownership: Teachers create activities using their own registered emails, but the school license pays for the "seat."

💡 Pro-Tip: 

The Administrator has access to a "My School" page. From here, they can see exactly who has joined the plan and can remove users if they leave the school, which frees up that "seat" for a new teacher to join.

❓Common Questions:

• Do teachers lose their work if they join? No! If a teacher already has a Basic account with 5 activities, those activities remain in their account and they can now create many more.

• Can we upgrade from Standard to Pro later? Yes, the administrator can choose to upgrade the school-wide plan at any time.
