How to continue with my subscription if my school decides not to renew?

If your account is currently attached to a school license but your school decides not to renew, you can continue with an individual subscription. This also applies when you move to a different school or institution and will need to be separated from the current school license.

To continue with the subcription, you need to detach your account from the school license and upgrade to Standard or Pro plan. 

To detach your account: 

1. Open your Profile menu.

2. Select My school.

3. Click on Detach button.

4. Click on Yes to completely detach the account from the school license.

 

To upgrade from Basic to Standard or Pro, you can log in to your account then choose which plan best suits you.

 

1. Click on the Upgrade option beside your profile.
2. Click on the button to Pay Monthly or Pay Annually.
3. Choose the Standard or Pro subscription plan.
4. Input card info on the next page
