🖨️ Updates to printable activities

We have enhanced our Printables feature to be more reliable and easier to use. The biggest change is that printables are now generated directly from your interactive activities, giving you two resources in one!

IMPORTANT: Printables are a premium feature. Upgrade to a Standard or Pro plan to download and print unlimited PDF resources.

How to create a printable

You no longer need to start from scratch. To get a PDF version of your game:

  1. Create or open an interactive activity.
  2. Click the "Print" button located below the activity screen.
  3. A pop-up window will appear over your activity. On the left-hand side, you can select from various Printable Templates. At the top of the pop-up window, you may choose to edit your printables by clicking on the "Options" or you may choose how you want to receive your resource: Print or Download as PDF.

Pro-Tip: Different interactives offer different printable options. For example, a Match Up game can be printed as a worksheet, while a Labelled Diagram will print as a diagram with a word bank.

New customisation options

Each printable now has a simplified Options section below the preview. Depending on the template, you can:

  • Custom Instructions: Add specific directions for your students.

  • Layout & Size: Change the Orientation (Portrait/Landscape) or adjust the Font Size.

  • Toggle Elements: Use the checkboxes to show or hide the Title, Name, and Date fields.

  • Teacher Tools: Check the Answers box to automatically generate an answer key.

  • Apply: Click Apply To This Activity to save your changes and update the preview.
