For changes to invoices that have not been paid yet, you can contact one of our representatives to help you.
We can't change invoice details on subscriptions or school plans that have already started, as these paid invoices form part of our tax record.
If you want to specify invoice details, you'll need to purchase an annual subscription using school plans. This process allows you to specify information such as purchase order or tax identification numbers that you required on the invoice, within the "reference" OR "address line 2" fields.
