How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged by us again. 

1. Log in to your account. Click on your profile. 
2. Open the Manage Payments page.
3. Select the Change Plan button.
4. Click on the Cancel plan to cancel your subscription.
5. Click the cancel plan to confirm.
6. Input the cancel reason as part of the feedback.

Note - Before October 2022, the option to cancel was in the Manage Payments > Cancel Plan button.
