🏦 Individual Plan: Bank transfer option

Users located in SEPA countries can now pay for Individual Standard or Pro plans via bank transfer (Direct Debit). This is a great alternative if you do not wish to use a credit card.

Supported countries

We currently process bank transfers for the following 36 countries:

• EU members: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

• Non-EU members: Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra, Vatican City, Monaco, San Marino, and the UK.

💡 Not on the list? If your country isn't listed, we still require a card payment for Individual plans. Alternatively, you can use the School Plan option for a 1-user license to pay via traditional bank transfer.

Steps to proceed with the Individual Plan Bank transfer:

1. Register or log in to your Wordwall account. Click Upgrade button beside your username.

2. Choose between Standard or Pro and select Monthly or Annual billing. Click Upgrade.

3. Choose Bacs Direct Debit, enter your bank details, click Continue to complete the process.

• Authorisation: By confirming, you authorise Visual Education Ltd to charge your account for future payments based on your chosen billing cycle.

• Flexibility: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to stop future charges.
